An allergy friendly recipe blog catered to peanut, tree nut and egg allergies. No recipes will contain any nuts or eggs. Many options are vegan and dairy free, or easily adjusted to be vegan. While this is not a vegan blog as meat and dairy are used in some recipes, it is a chance to explore and appreciate all dietary needs.

As a family affected by multiple food allergies, it is a daily struggle finding ‘safe’ things to eat for all. Hence the name behind the blog, Yes– you can have it (it is safe to eat) as opposed to saying sorry no we cannot eat that. Yum! Finding delicious allergy friendly food is also a difficult task! All these marvelous foods should be accessible and safe for all. I will try my best to create recipes that replace specific allergens. Go! Go ahead, its all yours! Make more!
