To the dough, add the basil, chives, and cheese.
Knead the dough inside the bowl until all ingredients are evenly distributed and you have a ball of dough. The dough should not be sticky; if it is too wet, add more flour, too dry add more water.
Place the dough ball on the prepared pan and shape into a disc, about 1 inch thick. Cut into 8ths, like a pie, but do not separate the pieces.
