Egg Free Edible Cookie Dough to EAT

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup flour heat treated to 160-165F
  • 1/4 cup salted butter =4 tablespoons, softened, slightly melted in microwave
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons semi sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons semi sweet standard chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Begin by heat treating the flour in a microwave safe dish, cooking for 20-30 seconds until an instant read food thermometer measure at least 165F. Do not skip this step. Stir the flour well and set aside.
  • In a separate medium mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugars. Use a hand mixer or blend well with your own strength! Once it is light and airy, add in the cream, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Next, add the heat treated flour and sprinkle the sea salt on top. Mix again until fully combined.
  • Lastly, add in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Enjoy right away or refrigerate and eat cold.
